What’s the difference between a VA and a REVA? 

Virtual assistants and real estate virtual assistants are both independent entrepreneurs who work from a home office and use technology to deliver services to clients. The big difference is that a REVA specializes and is trained in the real estate industry, whereas a VA may not be.  As a REVA, Assist My Real Estate Biz works only in the real estate industry.

How do I work with Assist My Real Estate Biz?

The first step is to fill out a Request for Information form so we can learn about the projects that you need completed.  We will arrange a mutual time for a consult to discuss the tasks and review package pricing.  Once you purchase a package and sign our contract agreement, you are good to go!  Projects are communicated via email.  They will be placed in our project management software which schedules the work.  The tasks will be off your to-do list and onto ours!

How do I pay Assist My Real Estate Biz?

All payments are made through our invoicing system using Freshbooks and Paypal. All packages are paid for in advance.  Once payment is received, our work will begin. Payment for ongoing packages are due the 15th of the month.

How do you manage tasks and projects?

We use a client management software system.  Once you communicate what tasks are needed, they will be entered into our project management system and work will begin.

Why should I hire a REVA instead of someone to work in my office?

The benefits of working with Assist My Real Estate Biz are:  you are not paying for idle time, sick time, vacation time, etc., and you do not have to worry about employment taxes or benefits.  You only pay for the contracted project.  No training is necessary; we  are familiar with most real estate information technology.  You also are not paying for the maintenance of computer software or hardware.

How long will it take for you to complete my project?

It will depend on the project/tasks that are requested. For example, the time for a new listing to go online is 24 hours or less from the time that all information and pictures have been received by Assist My Real Estate Biz. The time for transaction coordination depends on your closing checklist and escrow company.

What if I have a project or task that you are unable to do?

If there is a task  that we are unable to do, then we will direct you to another REVA in our network that has the expertise needed.
