You got the listing agreement signed, now you must start the real estate listing marketing, pronto! Photos- are your #1 attention grabbers for listing marketing! If a picture is worth 1,000 words image what 20 home photos are worth… you do the math!  Nowadays almost everyone starts their home buying search on the web and if your pictures are blurry, dark, out of order or just plain bad, well then buyers will skip over your listing and move onto the next. Photos are a HUGE part of your listing marketing! Don’t rush the photo shoot,  make them great! We don’t take your photos, but we do assist in re-sizing, editing and reordering them. We also make sure they are uploaded to all of your listing  sites.

Exposure- On & Off-Line Marketing- Putting your listing in the best light possible and getting the exposure it needs to find a buyer takes many hours of desk time.  Listing on your website, your company’s website, Craig’s List, Enhanced on Realtor.com, and checked over on Zillow and Trulia are all things that need to get done.  Creating single property sites, virtual tours and then promoting the listing on social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, Linked IN, Active Rain, etc. will also gain more exposure to your listing.
